This Privacy Policy explains how Empower AI Labs LLC collects, uses, and protects information when you visit empowerailabs.dev, book a call, or communicate with us.

Please do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information through the website or booking questions. A short description of your business problem is enough for an introductory call.

When you schedule an AI Employee Call through Cal.com, you may provide your name, email address, business name, scheduling preferences, and a description of the repetitive work affecting your business. We also receive information you send directly by email or provide during a conversation.

2. Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. This information is used to deliver the website, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and maintain security.

The website currently loads fonts from Google. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.

Scheduling and video meetings are provided through Cal.com. Information entered into the booking interface is processed by Cal.com and may also be added to connected calendar and email services. Cal.com's own privacy terms apply to its processing. We recommend reviewing those terms before booking.

Automatic Cal Video transcription is disabled for this event. If recording or transcription is proposed for a future meeting, we will provide notice and request any consent required before enabling it.

We use Plausible Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, general device and location information, pricing interest, and booking-button interactions. Plausible is configured for privacy-friendly, aggregated website measurement and does not receive the content of booking questions. We do not use website analytics for targeted advertising.
